1 Definitions and Interpretation

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only. If you are found to hold multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — BMW88 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit any balance or wins obtained through those duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. BMW88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

BMW88 accepts deposits via a range of secure payment methods integrated with Malaysia's banking system. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account in a short time.

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Accepted methods include: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies.
• Deposits must be made using an account or payment instrument registered in your own name.
• BMW88 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party source will be held pending verification.
• Any fees or commissions charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the user.

4 Fund Withdrawal

BMW88 processes withdrawals quickly and transparently. The following conditions must be met for a successful withdrawal request:

8 Account Suspension and Termination

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reporting of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to pass the KYC review within the stipulated timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the user through official BMW88 channels.
• Instructions from competent authorities.

If your account is terminated due to a violation, BMW88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. If termination is at your own request or for reasons unrelated to a violation, any valid cash balance will be returned upon completion of a review.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
